Classic Honda Celebrates the Grand Opening of Classic Honda Powerhouse
Classic Honda in Brampton, ON celebrated the grand opening of Classic Honda Powerhouse in September, 2007, a spacious retail playground filled with Honda’s full line of motorcycles, ATVs, sport bikes, marine products, and power equipment. With the opening of Classic Honda Powerhouse, they becomes the only Honda store in Ontario to carry the complete line of Honda products. The new store fills the huge void in the GTA for motorcycle enthusiasts after a recent rash of bike shop closings and will prove to be vital for the surrounding area.
Honda Canada’s Michel Marchand is pleased that Classic Honda Powerhouse is positioned to serve the riding public professionally and efficiently. “As a Honda store with an exceptional reputation in this country, we couldn’t be happier that Classic Honda will now be looking after our valuable customers.”
In addition to building the largest Powerhouse showroom in the GTA, Classic Honda Powerhouse has assembled a massive inventory of both popular models and the hard-to-find products that entice hard-core enthusiasts. Marc Frantz, General Manager, explained that, “As a super-store, Classic Honda Powerhouse will be positioned to offer some of the best deals the motorcycle and power product community has ever seen!”
In addition to hiring the best Honda certified technicians available for the dedicated Powerhouse service department, certified technicians have also been hired with Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Ducati and Harley-Davidson credentials. “We want the riding public to know that they can bring their motorcycle here for parts and service, regardless of what brand they may have,” explained Frantz, himself a seasoned Harley-Davidson manager before joining the Classic Honda team. Retail consultants, meanwhile, come from every facet of the motorcycle world, be it race, cruise, or dirt.
In attendance at the Grand Opening celebration was Susan Fennell, Mayor of Brampton, and several city councilors, along with an enthused Hiroshi Kobayashi, President and CEO of Honda Canada.
