Harley Dunn Returns to Podium
On Saturday, September 29th and Sunday, September 30th, Dunn Racing went to Marion Ohio where 14-year-old ‘Hot Rod’ Harley Dunn placed 1st in the ‘505 Amateur Class’, 2nd in the ‘Open Amateur Class’ and 3rd in the ‘Open Pro/Am Class’ which is a combination of Pro and Amateur riders of all ages in motorcycle dirt track racing. This marked a dramatic return to the podium for Harley after a season marked by injuries for the young rider who was a Canadian national champion in 2006. His father and head mechanic Charlie Dunn said, “The boy’s got his wheels back under him!”
Harley only raced eight times this year due to his injury, and this marks the end of the 2007 season. Dunn Racing would like to thank Hully Gully The Ultimate Toy Store and all of their friends and fans for their support during this difficult, shortened 2007 race year and look forward to next year and a full season of racing.
