The Motorcycle & Moped Industry Council (MMIC) is pleased to announce that it has expanded its reach to Atlantic Canada, where it has contracted Master Promotions Ltd. to manage its first annual 2008 Atlantic Motorcycle & Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) show in New Brunswick on February 15 – 17, 2008, at the Moncton Coliseum.

“With the addition of the Atlantic Show, MMIC now offers seven exclusive cross-country motorcycle and ATV shows each year,” stated Bob Ramsay, President of the MMIC. “Even more important, these are the only shows across Canada where the major manufacturers get together to introduce all their new models to the riding public.”

“Our member companies have something for everyone,” commented Tim Stover, MMIC Shows Manager. “There are always lots of special feature displays and entertainment that will appeal to all riders, regardless of age, gender or level of experience and we know that Master Productions Ltd. will bring the same excitement to the Atlantic provinces that our other partners bring to MMIC shows across Central and Western Canada.”

The Motorcycle & Moped Industry Council (MMIC), a non-profit trade association, has been the voice representing the responsible interests of the Canadian motorcycle industry since 1971, while the COHV a non-profit trade association was established in 1984 and is the voice of the OHV industry. Both associations continue to work with member companies, government agencies, clubs and individuals around issues of vital importance to the industry.
