HOHS Dialysis Fund tops One Million Dollars
High Seas Rallies proudly announced that they have exceeded $1,000,000 in total raised funds since the start of their fund that allows motorcyclists on dialysis the opportunity to take the vacation of a lifetime.
It was the $182,969 raised during this year’s Western Caribbean cruise, the 12th such cruise that High Seas Rallies have hosted, that broke the million dollar mark. Highlighting the milestone cruise was the Grand Prize won by one lucky vacationer, a $30,000 custom built trike donated to the HOHS Dialysis Fund by Lehman Trikes. The Grand Prize was one of the over $340,000 in prizes that were won by cruise participants.
High Seas Rallies is planning two cruises for 2011: their third trip to Alaska (June 18 to 25), and tenth visit to the Western Caribbean (October 30 to November 6).
