Skully, maker of the AR-1 Heads Up Display Helmet is taking applications for beta testers.
A new generation of motorcycle helmet is preparing to enter the market, and the Skully AR-1 is set to be one of the first. This prototype design combines GPS navigation, a 180-degree rear view camera and smartphone integration with all of the features that we expect of a high end motorcycle helmet. Information is viewable via a HUD display located in the lower right portion of the riders field of view. The Silicon Valley based company is currently taking applications for beta testers, in the hopes of getting some feedback from real-world riders, before they officially launch the AR-1.
