DualSport Plus Grand Opening a Success
A Successful Reintroduction for DualSport Plus
Some of you may recall that earlier this year, adventure motorcycle gear retailer DualSport Plus was revived at the eleventh-hour by Carrier Centers and relocated to Brantford, Ontario. On November 8, 2014, the new DualSport Plus held it’s grand opening, welcoming almost 400 people through the doors. The event featured presentations by Lawrence Hacking, author of To Dakar and Back, and Clinton Smout of Smart Adventures, as well as free demos by Canadian Superbike and Trials champion Jordan Szoke, who happens to be a native of the Brantford area.
“Saturday’s grand opening really shocked us” said Rob Long, President of Carrier Centers and Dualsport Plus. “We had an overwhelming turnout of fantastic DSP customers and amazing motorcycle industry legends. I want to thank everyone who came out and supported us; we appreciate it more than you know.”
Carrier Centers also made the classy move of bringing in the founders and former owners of DSP, Les and Catharine. We are sure that they enjoyed seeing the support for the new store and all the familiar faces that showed up.
The new Dualsport Plus lives on at 581 West Street, Brantford.
Fall hours are:
