Picking up roots and leaving your mundane life behind to travel the world by motorcycle is something many people would love to do, but can’t for any number of reasons.

Lisa Morris and Jason Spafford were tired of their 9 to 5 workaday lifestyle and needed a change. They made a long-term plan to save every extra penny for a multi-year trip from their home in Jolly Ol’ England and through the Americas. In 2014, the couple began their motorcycle journey from Ushuaia in Tierra del Fuego, at the southern tip of Argentina. Four and half years and 130,000 km later, they hit the end of their road in Deadhorse, Alaska, near the Arctic Ocean.
Lisa kept a journal of their travels and, over the years, Motorcycle Mojo has published articles about their journey. Jason, a professional photographer, documented their trip in photos.
