BMW has announced the 2023 1000 RR

October 12 2022

The new BMW 1000 RR will feature massive updates including an updated chassis, suspension and aerodynamics; as well as new electronic assist features.

The BMW 1000 RR was first introduced in 2009 and quickly became known as the standard for its segment when it came to performance and safety. Now with the 2023 release of the model we will see a short secondary gear ratio for better traction, Dynamic traction control with a new slide control function for drifts under acceleration and an advanced “Flex Frame”.

The new RR will cradle a revised 4-cylinder in-line engine that delivers 205 hp at 13,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 83 ft-lb. at 11,000 rpm.
