MV Agusta has announced its departure from the KTM family, with Art of Mobility S.A., a company controlled by the Sardarov family regaining full control of the company.

The move was made amid the unfolding financial situation with then-parent company PIERER Mobility AG. The strategic agreement ensures that MV Agusta will remain untouched and uninvolved in KTM’s financial restructuring process.

In 2024, MV Agusta had a growth rate of 116% with 4,000 motorcycles sold, they also proudly marked its best year ever in part sales, with a 99% availability rate covering models produced up to 7 years ago. MV Agusta plans to continue its positive expansion and is focused on progressing its innovative range with the renewed focus on celebrating its famous claim “Motorcycle Art”.
