The September/October 2016 issue of Motorcycle Mojo is now available, and it comes packed with news and stories from around the world of motorcycling.
This month’s tests include the first Canadian press ride of Yamaha’s retro-rocket, the XSR900, as well as our impressions after a couple of weeks aboard a practical superbike, the 2016 GSX-S1000F ABS from Suzuki.
Misti Hurst responds to a reader’s request by bringing us the top ten things a new rider should take into consideration when entering the hobby. Then we call on Editor Roberts to spend some time playing in the dirt at BMW’s Performance Riding Centre under the tutelage of none other than Mojo’s own, Clinton Smout.
In the world of travel, Liz Jansen once again allows us to tag along on one of her latest explorations; this time we’re headed into the mountains of Virginia where motorcyclists flock to sample some of North America’s finest roads and stunning vistas.
This month, we’re lucky enough to have two offerings from author Greg Williams as he continues his Canadian Legends series with a stop in New Brunswick and the incredible story of Roy Blakney. Greg also introduces us to an avid motorcyclist and his custom-built Triumph, which wears a peculiar finish, at least for a bike this well put together.
All this plus our regular columnists, product reviews, Mojo Garage and much more in the September/October 2016 issue of Motorcycle Mojo.
