Le Québec maritime
Le Québec maritime (hereinafter also referred to as the “Sponsor”) is offering this trip before October 31st, 2012, subject to availability. Transportation between the winner’s residence and the
starting point of his or her trip in Québec maritime is at the winner’s expense. Included in the
prize are: one night in a standard room (double occupancy), one dinner for two and one breakfast
for two in each of the following hotels: La Butte Ronde (dinner at La Table des Roy), Hôtel Le
Manoir, Hôtel Universel Rivière-du-Loup, Auberge La Salicorne, Sélectôtel Amqui, Canopy Bed,
Hôtel Rimouski, Riôtel Matane, Riôtel Percé; gratuities on meals; and all applicable taxes. Not
included in the prize are: alcoholic beverages and any other expenses not described above as
included in the prize including all personal expenses.
Rooms are based on double occupancy. Once the dates have been confirmed by the contest
winner, no changes will be permitted. Liability waivers must be signed by the contest winner and
guest prior to trip departure. By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their names
for publicity purposes without compensation.
Notes about the prize
Winner and guest will be responsible for all expenses not specifically described above as
included in the prize, including meals (except as specified above), air or ground transportation,
gratuities (except as specified above) and any other personal expenses, taxes, surcharges,
insurance or other fees. The winner is responsible for booking the accommodations included in
the prize. Gas is not included.
Bookings for accommodations are subject to availability. The guest cannot be changed once the
Sponsor has received the guest’s Declaration and Release form. Winner and guest must have
valid documents for travel to Canada. The prize will be forfeited if: i) the proper travel documents
are unobtainable for any reason within the time required by the Sponsor; ii) the winner is unable
or unwilling to travel on the dates required; or iii) any immigration complications arise that prevent
the winner and/or guest from entering Canada. In the latter event, the winner or guest, as the
case may be, will be solely responsible for arranging and paying for travel back to the point of
origin. If the winner cancels the trip for any reason, any cancellation fees will be at the winner’s
expense. Any prize forfeited may be awarded to an alternate entrant, at the Sponsor’s discretion.
